Earlier this evening, Scotch Plains Councilman Roc White received the distinguished Chester Holmes Humanitarian Award in recognition of his lifetime of service. A father, veteran, labor leader, and councilman, Roc has committed his life to causes greater than himself. We salute you Councilman White!
